Pavlina joined Avery Dennison in July 2024 as the finance senior director, Identification Solutions (IDS). In her role, she oversees all finance, accounting, and controllership functions for IDS and serves as a business partner to the IDS Leadership Team, focusing on driving revenue growth and profitability improvements.
With over 20 years of extensive experience in both public and private equity corporate finance, Pavlina has a proven track record of delivering strong financial results, positively influencing leadership, and making significant contributions beyond the finance function.
Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Pavlina held key finance leadership positions at Galderma, PepsiCo, Disney, and Pearson Education. During these roles, she developed expertise in accounting, financial planning, commercial finance, pricing, and FP&A.
Pavlina is based in Dallas, TX. She holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Economics from the Technical University in the Czech Republic and MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
