At Avery Dennison, Kim has held multiple leadership roles, including DE&I Leader for North America, where she implemented impactful DE&I strategies that significantly advanced the company’s DE&I goals. In her previous role as senior director of global sales enablement, Kim developed disciplined sales processes that drove robust pipelines and strategic partnerships, resulting in substantial revenue growth and increased profitability. Throughout her professional career, Kim has gained extensive experience launching innovative programs that significantly increased revenue.
