Kate joined the business in 1999 with Alkahn Labels in Chicago and has progressed with the organization through the acquisition by Paxar Corp and, ultimately, Avery Dennison. 

Over the years, she has held various commercial leadership roles, spending 8 years based in the NYC area and 3 years managing commercial teams in Japan, China and Australia supporting the apparel business. 

Now back in Chicago, having joined the Identification Solutions business in March of 2023, Kate is leading the commercial team focused on the Food Segment. Passionate about reducing food waste and accelerating the digital transformation within the food industry, Kate is focused on driving growth for the business and establishing Avery Dennison as a leader in this highly dynamic market.
