As the senior director of Digital Transformation and Manufacturing 4.0 for Identification Solutions, Karen Willingham is responsible for leading the global digital transformation strategy for optimizing end to end processes through the implementation of technology in collaboration with her IT business partners for this division of the Avery Dennison Corporation.

Karen is based in Miamisburg, Ohio, and has been with Avery Dennison for 23 years, having joined the Company in 2001 as the Business Unit Manager for the Variable Image Tag and Label (VITAL) division. Prior to her current role, Karen has held positions in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Systems, Procurement, and Compliance.   

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Karen is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
