Himani joined Vestcom in 2020 as the Head of HR. Following the acquisition of Vestcom, Himani's role expanded to include the vice president of HR for Identification Solutions, and more recently, the Global IT organization supporting Nick Colisto and the Digital and Hardware Innovation Team supporting Max Winograd. In her role, Himani is responsible for strategic human resources leadership, strategic business, diversity & inclusion, and employee benefits, among other responsibilities. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she brings a wide variety of skills to the Identification Solutions and Vestcom teams at Avery Dennison.

Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Himani has held various HR positions in multiple companies, including Fortune Brands Innovations, IDEX Corporation, and Honeywell. She has transformed teams into best-in-class organizations, improving quality and profitability. 

Himani has a degree from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
