Haritha joined Avery Dennison in September 2023 as the director, IT Partner for Identification Solutions (IDS) and Vestcom. In her role, she is responsible for shaping the IT strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the goals and digital transformation strategies of the business units.
With over 20 years of experience in developing and executing innovative technology strategies, Haritha has a proven track record in automating systems and enhancing customer experience. She excels in leading cross-functional teams to implement transformative roadmaps, maintaining agility, and bringing clarity to ambiguous environments.
Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Haritha held key positions in the healthcare and telecommunications industries, where she honed her expertise in technology strategy and implementation.
Haritha is based in Columbus, OH. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University in India and has completed the Executive Education Chief Technology Officer program at The Wharton school, University of Pennsylvania.
