Eric Bildstein is currently responsible for the North American Operations and P&L management. In this role, he oversees the operational and financial performance of the North American division, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Previously, Eric served as the Identification Solutions business unit director, where they led the project vertical in FTW, Indiana, transforming it from a startup to a profitable business. Before this role, he was the MG R&D Director for base business.
Eric also held the position of IHM North American Sales Manager, where they managed sales operations across North America, and worked in IHM Product Management, and started in Avery Dennison as MG R&D Manager.
Before joining Avery Dennison, Eric gained experience at Akzo Nobel in R&D management and as a Polymer Research Chemist, he also worked at Exxon Mobil as a Research Chemist in corrosion. Earlier in their career, he served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Assault, and is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Business from Case Western Reserve University.
